Topic: Immune Subtypes and Immunotherapeutic Responses in Malignancies

This topic aims to explore the immune microenvironment of cancers through multi-omics analyses, so as to provide reference for precise treatment of cancer. We welcome the submission of original research and review articles that include biomarkers in clinical studies and applications, as well as technologies or discoveries in experimental approaches.
Potential topics include but are not limited to the following:
1. Proteomics, transcriptome analysis, single cell sequencing analysis and other high-throughput approaches to define distinct immunological subtypes of cancer.
2. Transcriptome and single-cell sequencing studies that help discover new cancer prognostic markers, associated prognostic signatures, and immunotherapy prediction.
3. Investigating carcinogenicity of environmental disruptors, their potential detrimental influences on human immune system, and crosstalk with cancer immunity.
4. Genetic vaccine for the effective cancer treatment as a novel immune therapy.
5. Single-cell sequencing and spatial transcriptome analysis to clarify the spatial localization relationship between cells, explore the potential immune mechanism of tumors.
6. Novel high-throughput screening methodologies for mapping cancer landscape.
