Special Issue Introduction
Esophageal cancer is one of the most aggressive malignancies among gastrointestinal cancers. Despite recent progress in diagnostic and treatment technologies, the outcome of patients with esophageal cancer remains unsatisfactory. This Special Issue will contain reviews and original articles concerning recent advances in research and treatment for esophageal cancer. I hope many authors could join in this Special Issue.
